I have been on a rather peculiar poetry kick. Not that I don’t love poetry, but I tend towards fiction. Anyway, pensive tunes and music that is good for creating (at least for me) has been on my playlist all week. Daydreamy type of stuff. What? Daydreamy isn’t a word? Yes, it is! Look it up. I promise.
By the by, the language Denez Prigent and Lisa Gerrard are singing is Breton. It is a Celtic language from France. Sounds a tad like Arabic in its singing style (not the actual language, mind you); I think it is absolutely beautiful. There is something so haunting about every word they sing, though I do not speak Breton.
